What is Trezor® Suite?

Trezor® Suite is the official desktop and web companion app for Trezor® hardware wallets. It provides a user-friendly interface to manage crypto accounts, sign transactions offline, and keep device firmware up to date. Use it with a Trezor® Model T or Trezor® One to combine cold-storage security with a modern wallet experience.

Download & installation

Download the Trezor® Suite App from the official site via trezor.io/start. Choose your OS (Windows, macOS, Linux). In many setups you'll also be prompted to install Trezor Bridge — a small helper that enables secure communication between your browser or desktop suite and the Trezor® device. If Bridge is required, follow the Trezor Bridge Download link on the start page.

Login & connecting your device

To access accounts, connect your Trezor® hardware wallet and open Trezor® Suite. The app uses a device-based login (PIN + physical confirmations) rather than a cloud password. If you see "Trezor login" prompts, always confirm the actions on your physical device. Never share your recovery seed or enter it into any app.

Troubleshooting common login issues

  • Unable to login / Can't verify Trezor® Wallet: ensure your device firmware is up to date and the USB cable supports data (not just charging).
  • Error connecting Trezor® account: reinstall Trezor® Bridge and restart your browser/desktop app.
  • Trezor® Suite App not working: try clearing app cache, using the desktop version, or rebooting your computer.
  • Trezor® Login not working / 2fa reset: Trezor® uses no centralized 2FA — if you lose access, use your recovery seed for account recovery. There is no universal "2fa reset" — recover on a new device with your seed.

Account recovery & safety

If you cannot unlock a Trezor® device, use the 12/18/24-word recovery seed (created when you first set the device) to restore accounts on a new Trezor® or compatible recovery tool. Never type the seed into a website. For suspected malware or persistent errors, contact the Trezor® Help Center via official channels.
